Johnson's five passing touchdowns lead Sac past Rosemont

Quarterback Josiah Johnson completed 28 of 37 passes for 408 yards and five touchdowns and ran for a touchdown as Sacramento defeated Rosemont 41-21 in a Metro Conference football game today in Oak Park.

Louis Macklin had eight catches for 132 yards and two touchdowns and Damen Wheeler five catches for 122 yards and two scores for the Dragons, now 5-2 overall and 3-1 in league. Rosemont drops to 4-3 overall and 3-1 in league.

Johnson, a senior, has completed 107 of 164 passes for 2,125 yards and 24 touchdowns this season. He has rushed for four touchdowns.

Rosemont will play on Friday at No. 4 Burbank. Sacramento plays host to Valley next Saturday afternoon.
