More Week 6 stars: Abalos does it all in Highlands victory

Here are 15 more outstanding performances from Week 6 area high school football.

• John Abalos, Highlands: Rushed for 254 yards and three touchdowns on 18 carries; threw two touchdown passes; caught two passes and made six tackles in the Scots' 49-6 win over San Juan.

• Dedric Allen, Inderkum: Had 13 tackles, 2.5 sacks and caused two fumbles in the Tigers' 49-42 loss to Yuba City.

• Austin Brown, Del Campo: Rushed for 168 yards and three touchdowns in the Cougars' 49-6 win over Casa Roble.

• Jeff Camilli, Ponderosa: Rushed for a touchdown, had an interception and made 12 tackles in the Bruins' 17-3 win over Jesuit.

• Isaiah Coleman, Rosemont: Had a fumble recovery, sack and 17 tackles in the Wolverines' 30-14 win over McClatchy.

• Christian Garcia, Mesa Verde: Rushed for 237 yards and two touchdowns on 28 carries, caught a 59-yard touchdown pass and returned a kickoff 85 yards for a touchdown in the Mavericks' 36-34 loss to Marysville.

• Josiah Johnson, Sacramento: Completed 16 of 21 passes for 419 yards and six touchdowns in the Dragons' 52-15 win over Hiram Johnson.

• Quinton Kirk, Capital Christian: Had 125 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries and 14 tackles in the Cougars' 34-20 win over Dixon.

• Jonathan Lessard, El Camino: Completed 17 of 24 passes for 269 yards and a touchdown and rushed for 48 yards in the Eagles' 35-6 loss to Antelope.

• Nolan Merker, Sheldon: Completed 24 of 41 passes for 222 yards and a touchdown and rushed for a touchdown in the Huskies' 55-20 loss to Pleasant Grove.

• Wadus Parker, Elk Grove: Rushed for 162 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries and had a sack in the Thundering Herd's 52-7 win over Laguna Creek.

• Zach Suarez, Rio Americano: Had three interceptions in the Raiders' 30-6 win over Cordova.

• Adam Sewell, Golden Sierra: Had 13 tackles, a sack and recovered a fumble in the Golden Eagles' 28-14 win over Bradshaw Christian.

• Justice Shelton-Mosely, Capital Christian: Rushed for 144 yards and two touchdowns on 12 carries and had 17 tackles in the Cougars' 34-20 win over Dixon.

• Kahlil Williams, Cristo Rey: Caught two touchdown passes, rushed for two touchdowns, returned a kickoff 80 yards for a score; and returned a fumble 35 yards for a touchdown in his team's 60-24 win over Valley Christian.
