More Week 8 stars: Browning excels again for Folsom

Here are 10 more leading performers from Week 8 area high school football.

• Jake Browning, Folsom: Threw for 314 yards and five touchdowns in the No. 3 Bulldogs' 49-13 win over Sheldon.

• Josh Blumgold, Del Campo: Rushed for two touchdowns and caught a 45-yard touchdown pass in the No. 9 Cougars' 41-38 win over Christian Brothers.

• Grant Caraway, Granite Bay: Completed seven of 14 passes for 121 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 100 yards and a touchdown on eight carries in the No. 6 Eagles 21-7 win over No. 10 Del Oro.

• Ian Davis, Nevada Union: Caught seven passes for 145 yards and a touchdown in the No. 13 Miners' 52-19 win over Roseville.

• Blake Martin, Oak Ridge: Rushed for 137 yards and two touchdowns on 12 carries in the No. 7 Trojans' 20-17 win over Ponderosa.

• Caden Noon, Christian Brothers: Completed 14 of 23 passes for 241 yards and three touchdowns and also rushed for a touchdown in the Falcons' 41-38 loss to No. 9 Del Campo.

• Brad Rittenhouse, Vista del Lago: Had seven catches for 112 yards and two touchdowns in the No. 20 Eagles' 35-34 win over No. 11 Cosumnes Oaks.

• Isaiah Saunders, Pleasant Grove: Rushed for 187 yards and two touchdowns on 28 carries in the No. 8 Eagles 38-21 win over Jesuit.

• Alex Van Dyke, Cosumnes Oaks: Caught six passes for 205 yards and three touchdowns in the No. 11 Wolfpack's 35-34 loss to No. 20 Vista del Lago.

• Michael Wilson, Colfax: Completed 25 of 40 passes for 342 yards and three touchdowns in the Falcons' 49-34 win over Foothill.
