She is the only athlete in the history of the Cal State Fullerton volleyball program to be named to the to the Big West Conference four times and to the West Region team two times.

At Christian Brothers, Neto was named the Bee All-Metro Player of the Year in 2008 after leading the Falcons to to a CIF state Division IV championship finals (losing to Santa Fe Christian of Solana Beach) appearance. She made the D-IV state all-tournament team.
