Darin Johnson had 17 points, Ryan Manning 14 points and six rebounds and Dakarai Allen 13 points, six steals and three blocks in leading top-ranked Sheldon to a 69-42 Delta River League boys basketball win over No. 17 Jesuit (9-9, 1-1) Friday night at Sheldon High School.
The game was a tune-up for tonight's 6 o'clock home court battle between Sheldon (11-4, 2-0) and Bullard of Fresno (13-1), state ranked No. 8 by MaxPreps.com. Sheldon is ranked No. 16.

NO. 5 ANTELOPE 67, WHITNEY 42 - Gabe Bealer had 20 points and Isaiah Ellis 11 as the Titans (11-6) defeated the Wildcats (3-14) in the Capital Athletic League opener in Rocklin.
NO. 15 OAK RIDGE 46, FOLSOM 29 - The Trojans (11-8, 1-1) held the Bulldogs (9-10, 0-2) to four first-half points en route to the Delta River League win in El Dorado Hills.
