Boys Top 20: Moss buzzer beater lifts Rocklin over Tigers in OT

Devin Moss' driving layup at the buzzer lifted No. 16 Rocklin to an 82-81 overtime win over No. 20 Roseville in a Sierra Foothill League boys basketball game tonight in Roseville.

Moss and Drew Ardissone each finished with 19 points each and Cole Bridge added 14 for the Thunder (18-8, 6-3). Bryce Couch had 18 for Roseville (20-6, 5-4).

NO. 1 SHELDON 74, OAK RIDGE 47 - Antonio Lewis had 15 points, nine rebounds and three blocks, Dakarai Allen 12 points and three steals and Darin Johnson and D'Erryl Williams 10 points each to lead the Huskies (20-5, 9-0) over the Trojans (14-12, 4-5) in a Delta River League game in El Dorado Hills.

No. 2 PLEASANT GROVE 77, JESUIT 63 - Cole Nordquist had 21 points, Marquese Chriss 17, Matthew Hayes 16 and Malik Thames 11 as the Eagles (21-4, 8-1) downed the Marauders (12-14, 3-6) in a DRL game in Carmichael. Isiah King led Jesuit with 23 points.

NO. 6 BELLA VISTA 48, NO. 9 CASA ROBLE 43 - Zach D'Alesandro had 18 points and Ahmad Smith added 13 as the Broncos (21-5, 9-0) defeated the Rams (20-6, 7-2) in Fair Oaks to win the Capital Valley Conference title for the third season in a row. Sacramento State scholarship signee Eric Stuteville had 16 for Casa Roble.

NO. 10 DEL CAMPO 66, OAKMONT 51 - Semir Cahtarevic had 25 points and Vasilije Saraba added 14 as the Cougars (19-7, 6-3) downed the Vikings (7-17, 1-8) in a CVC game in Roseville.

NO. 11 GRANT 62, ELK GROVE 36 - De'Sean Parsons led 10 Pacers in the scoring column with 11 points as Grant (20-7, 8-2) defeated the Thundering Herd (13-14, 3-7) in a Delta Valley Conference game in Elk Grove. With the win, the Pacers snap Franklin's four-year reign as DVC champs.

PLACER 48, NO. 12 LINCOLN 47 - Andrew Dahlin had 16 points, Peter Kean 15 and Isaiah Pineiro 14 as the Hillmen (19-7, 6-3) upset the Fighting Zebras (20-6, 7-2) in a Pioneer Valley League game in Lincoln. Marcus Salgado had 16 points for Lincoln.

NO. 13 COLFAX 62, BEAR RIVER 56 - Will Buell had 19 points and Taylor Dorsey and Jordan Balser 10 each as the Falcons (21-5, 7-2) downed the Bruins (14-11, 1-8) in a Pioneer Valley League game in Lake of the Pines. Justin Beskeen had 28 points for Bear River.

NO. 14 DEL ORO 66, NEVADA UNION 52 - Collin Mitchell had 22 points to lead the Golden Eagles (18-8, 5-4) over the Miners (8-18, 1-8) in an SFL game in Grass Valley.

NO. 15 GRANITE BAY 64, WOODCREEK 45 - Kendrick Jackson had 15 points to lead the Grizzlies (18-8, 7-2) over the Timberwolves (12-14, 3-6) and secure at least a tie for the SFL title.

NO. 18 COSUMNES OAKS 77, UNION MINE 42 - Alex Van Dyke had 17 points to lead the Wolfpack (20-6, 11-0) past the Diamondbacks (10-16, 1-10) in a Sierra Valley Conference game in Elk Grove.

FRANKLIN 73, NO. 19 DAVIS 59 - Bell-Lytell had 23 points and Vic Rustin 16 to lead the Wildcats (14-13, 7-3) over the Blue Devils (16-10, 6-4) in a DVC game in Elk Grove.
