Three area teams - Oak Ridge, Florin and Bradshaw Christian - have advanced to the CIF Northern California Regional girls basketball semifinals on Tuesday after wins Saturday night.
Meanwhile, Christian Brothers, Bear River and Capital Christian saw their seasons come to an end with quarterfinal defeats.

No. 10 Oak Ridge knocked off its second higher seeded team in NorCals with a 52-40 win over No. 2 Wilcox in Santa Clara. Oak Ridge opened the playoffs with a 57-48 win over No. 7 Amador Valley in Pleasanton. Oak Ridge will play Tuesday at No. 3 Heritage of Brentwood, a 67-45 winner over No. 6 Lowell of San Francisco. Heritage handed the Trojans (28-4) their only Northern California loss -- other than to Kennedy in the D-I section semifinals -- in the Campolindo Shootout Jan. 26.
Dalayna Sampton had 18 points and Daijah Joe-Smith and Deja Conger combined for 17 more as No. 4 Florin defeated No. 5 Montgomery of Santa Rosa 41-37 in South Sacramento. Florin will play Tuesday at top-seeded St. Francis of Mountain View, a 50-41 winner over No. 9 Dublin.
Despite 16 points by Ana Burch and 13 by Niel Valmores, No. 4 Christian Brothers fell 57-55 to No. 5 Campolindo of Moraga in Oak Park.
Ashlee Jones had 15 points and Jordyn Bell added 12 as No. 2 Bradshaw Christian downed No. 7 Marin Catholic of Kentfield 44-34 in South Sacramento. Bradshaw Christian will play host to No. 3 Piedmont, a 48-45 winner over Argonaut of Jackson, on Tuesday.
Despite 17 points by Bear River's Sarah Hagar, No. 5 Menlo of Atherton defeated the No. 4 Bruins 53-38 in Lake of the Pines.
After winning its first girls basketball NorCal Wednesday 54-42 over Urban of San Francisco at Kezar Pavilion, No. 9 Capital Christian saw its season end 53-42 to top-seeded Eastside Prep in East Palo Alto.
