Ali Bettencourt had 23 points and Haley Anderson added 13 as the No. 10 Oak Ridge defeated No. 3 Heritage 51-50 in Tuesday's CIF Northern California Division I girls basketball semifinal in Brentwood.
The win avenges a 19-point regular-season loss to the Patriots (26-6). It was Oak Ridge's third consecutive NorCal playoff road victory.
The victory also moves Oak Ridge (28-4) into Saturday's D-I final at Sleep Train Arena against defending champion Berkeley, a 54-46 winner over Gunn of Palo Alto.
The Yellowjackets are a familiar NorCal playoff foe.
This will be the fourth year in the row the Trojans have faced Berkeley, which ended Oak Ridge's season the last two years after the Trojans defeated them on their way to a state championship in 2010.

Dublin 81, Sacramento 76- The Dragons led 55-52 entering the fourth quarter but couldn't hold on against the top-seeded Gaels (26-6) in Dublin. Aaron Cameron scored 19 points, and freshman center Devin Young had 14 points and eight rebounds for Sacramento (26-7).
St. Francis 44, Florin 31 - The No. 4 Panthers (23-9) couldn't get untracked against the top-seeded Lancers (23-8) in Mountain View.
Piedmont 31, Bradshaw Christian 27 - The No. 3 Highlanders (22-9)outscored the No. 2 Pride (28-3) 10-6 in the fourth quarter to win in South Sacramento.
Capital Christian 66, University-San Francisco 50- Nifae Lealao had 21 points and Trey Belton 15 to lead the No. 2 Cougars (26-4) past the No. 3 Red Devils (25-9) and into Saturday's Division V title game at American Canyon High School against St. Joseph Notre Dame of Alameda, a 44-41 winner over Branson of Ross.
