Jesuit to play St. Ignatius in tonight's Father Barry semis

Jesuit of Dallas, Texas, will play St. Mary's of Stockton at 6 p.m. and No. 4 Jesuit of Carmichael faces St. Ignatius of San Francisco at 7:30 p.m. in tonight's winner's bracket semifinals of the 40th annual Father Barry Classic boys basketball tournament at Jesuit High School.

The host team advanced to the semifinals with a 77-51 win over Xavier of Melbourne, Australia in Thursday's quarterfinals. Brady Anderson led the Marauders with 16 points and Isaiah Bailey added 15.

In other first-round games, St. Ignatius crushed No. 13 Rocklin 81-48; Jesuit-Dallas defeated Marin Catholic of Kentfield 57-48; and St. Mary's topped St Joseph Notre Dame 57-52.
