Checking in from the Coliseum, the Raiders' first home exhibition of 2010. Baffled, baffled I say, at the two dudes rocking JaMarcus Russell No. 2 jerseys in the front row, directly behind the Raiders' bench...Then again, six rows back is a guy wearing a No. 31 Buchanan jersey.

Looks like there will be a decent crowd tonight, what with people already sitting atop Mt. Davis.

Of course, the baseball infield dirt will present a challenge - the Coliseum and Miami's Sun Life Stadium are the only football stadiums to share parks. With Thursday's exhibition against Seattle, imagine how tore up this grass will be Friday for the A's.
The Raiders will play only one game on the infield dirt, the home opener against the St. Louis Rams on Sept. 19, unless the A's somehow make the playoffs.

Raiders inactives - CB Chris Johnson, C Samson Satele, WR Chaz Shilens and DE Jay Richardson.

Raiders captains - QB Jason Campbell, CB Nnamdi Asomugha, LS Jon Condo

49ers win toss, elect to defer. Raiders to receive opening kickoff.
