Vogt to
oversee region’s biggest real estate brokerage with more than
700 agents and
14 offices
FOLSOM, Calif. – August 23, 2010 – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Northern California’s largest real estate services company, announced today that veteran real estate executive and Elk Grove native Kris Vogt has been named president of the company’s Sacramento/Tahoe region. In his new position, Vogt will oversee the daily operations of the region’s largest real estate brokerage with 14 offices and more than 700 sales associates.
Vogt most recently was managing broker of Coldwell Banker
Residential Brokerage’s Elk Grove office, overseeing a team of more than 75 real
estate professionals. Under his
leadership, the Elk Grove office is one of the company’s top performing offices
in the

the community, and his creative, forward-looking approach to management and
business development combine to make him well-equipped to lead Coldwell Banker

Vogt
entered real estate in 1991 during a slow and challenging time in real
estate. At the age of 25, Vogt
immediately distinguished himself amongst other veteran Realtors in his
business. In a time when most
Realtors were struggling, Vogt worked diligently to thrive. “The Elk Grove and

a year, Vogt became one of the most successful Realtors in Elk Grove and, in
1994, just three years after entering the business, closed 42 transactions in
just 12 months. With the help of a
few other hard working agents, Vogt and his fellow Realtors took over the
leading market share in Elk Grove.
Three years later, in 1994, Vogt entered real estate management and, just
one year after being named managing broker, he grew his office to the leading
real estate brokerage in Elk Grove.
In
addition to his business success, Vogt is known as a dedicated father and
husband and as a passionate community fundraiser. Most recently, Vogt was honored with
Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation’s annual Thomas Griffin Synergy Award, a
prestigious national honor that recognized Vogt’s steady, long-time commitment
