FINAL
Warriors 93, Kings 90

OAKLAND - The Kings were done in by the Warriors bench, which played almost the entire fourth quarter and built a 12-point lead before holding on late to give the Warriors the win.

It was the fifth consecutive loss for the Kings (6-15), who for the second game in a row, lost by three points on the road.

Brandon Rush came off the bench to lead the Warriors (7-12) with 20 points. Rush scored 15 of the Warriors' 26 fourth-quarter points. Stephen Curry made a free throw for the only point for the Warriors that didn't come from a reserve in the quarter.

The Kings trailed 91-90 with 2.8 seconds to play, but Rush made two free throws with 2.2 seconds left in the game. Tyreke Evans heave at the buzzer from inside halfcourt was high off the backboard.

Evans finished with 22 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists. DeMarcus Cousins had 21 points and 14 rebounds.

The Kings committed as season-high 21 turnovers that led to 21 points for the Warriors.


THIRD QUARTER
Kings 68, Warriors 67

OAKLAND - The Kings have themselves to blame for this game being close. They have 16 turnovers that have led to 17 points for the Warriors. The Warriors have only five turnovers.

So even though Tyreke Evans, DeMarcus Cousins and Jason Thompson are all having solid games, the Kings are barely ahead.

Evans is having one of his best all around games with 18 points, nine rebounds and seven assists. Cousins has 16 points and nine rebounds. Thompson has 11 points and nine rebounds.

Dorell Wright and David Lee each have 15 points to lead the Warriors.

HALFTIME
Kings 47, Warriors 45

OAKLAND -- Tyreke Evans dominated the second quarter to help the Kings take the lead at halftime.

Evans scored 14 of his 16 points in the second quarter. Evans also has two assists and four rebounds.

DeMarcus Cousins has 12 points and seven rebounds for the Kings. Jason Thompson has seven points and a game-high eight rebounds.

Dorell Wright leads the Warriors with 12 points. Stephen Curry is still scoreless, but has seven assists.

If the Kings want to hold on for a win, they have to clean up their play. The Kings have 11 turnovers that have led to 14 points for Golden State.

That's allowed the Warriors to be close in spite shooting 40.4 percent. The Warriors only have three turnovers.

FIRST QUARTER
Warriors 24, Kings 23

OAKLAND - DeMarcus Cousins is off to a great start with 12 points and four rebounds. It's the kind of game you'd expect against the Warriors, who have long struggled against good post players.

But the Kings have four turnovers that have led to seven points for the Warriors.

The Kings are shooting 45.5 percent, which qualifies as a good start. The Kings are shooting 39.9 percent entering tonight's game, worst in the NBA.

David Lee leads Golden State with eight points. Stephen Curry was scoreless but had six assists for the Warriors.
