MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Kings coach Paul Westphal is still staying good things about the Kings starting lineup with J.J. Hickson replacing DeMarcus Cousins.
"I think it's a good lineup for us," Westphal said. "We looked very good when we've gone to the line up and I think it will be good."
The Kings beat the New Orleans Hornets Sunday with that starting lineup, though I'm sure the Hornets would like to point out they were without Eric Gordon, their best player.
And this version of the Kings starting lineup catches another break tonight. The Memphis Grizzlies star power forward Zach Randolph is expected to sit out tonight because of a knee injury.
"Zach takes a ton of focus and really nobody in the league has been stopping that guy no matter how much you focus on him," Westphal said. "He's really one of the devastating, low post, midrange presences that this league has."
