ORLANDO, Fla. - Lakers All-Star center Andrew Bynum was asked for his opinion of Kings center DeMarcus Cousins.
I guess he feels bad for Cousins.
"He's a good player, definitely coming up," Bynum said. "It's terrible that he has to play in Sacramento. He could take his take his talents somewhere and really help a team."
"Yeah," Bynum said. "It's not working out."
Not exactly sure what's not working out, though the Kings are 11-22, which is the second-worst record in the Western Conference and seventh worst in the NBA.
Cousins had taken a shot at Bynum in the past via Twitter. After the Lakers won the NBA Championship in 2010 Cousins tweeted "Bynum doesn't deserve to touch the trophy!"
Bynum was actually complimentary of Cousins, but Sacramento fans are easily riled up when anyone or anything associated with Southern California, Los Angeles, Anaheim, etc., says anything about the Kings or Sacramento.
