AUBURN HILLS, Mich. - Aaron Brooks (sore left ankle) participated in practice tonight and is expected to play Tuesday night when the Kings play the Detroit Pistons.
Brooks sat out Sunday win with the injury.
But you won't be seeing Marcus Thornton tomorrow night.
Kings coach Keith Smart said it would take a "miracle" for Thornton to play with his sprained left ankle.
Thornton was in a walking boot tonight and still moving gingerly on his ankle.
"He's still ginger, he's still tender," Smart said of Thornton. "It was amazing that it was just a sprain because it was one of those deals where might see it broken."
