HALFTIME
Kings 59, Suns 57

DeMarcus Cousins has 18 points, seven rebounds, three assists and no turnovers as he is dominating the small frontline of the Suns.

Cousins has missed only one of his seven shots and made all four of his free throws.

Isaiah Thomas has 13 points and four assists while Tyreke Evans has 10 points.

The Suns led by eight in the second quarter before Cousins and Thomas kept things rolling and the Kings regained the lead. The Kings are shooting 54.5 percent.

FIRST QUARTER

Establishing DeMarcus Cousins early was a point of emphasis and he responded with 10 points and made all three of his field goals to start the game.

Cousins had made just three of his previous 22 shots in the last two games.

Cousins also had five rebounds. He should have an advantage most of the night with Marcin Gortat out with a foot injury.

Tyreke Evans added eight points for the Kings.

Wesley Johnson led the Suns with eight points. Goran Dragic already has six assists for the Suns. The Kings have seven.
