The FTB is privileged to have a program available for candidates interested in becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). The program is administered by the CPA Internal Review Committee. CPAs are licensed by the State, and as an FTB employee you can earn the prestige associated with the CPA license. Individuals are required to demonstrate their knowledge and competence by passing an exam, meeting high educational standards, and completing a specified amount of general accounting experience.
