Citrus Heights girls who lost their book of rules appear on 'Today'

Cousins Isabelle Busath and Isabella Thordsen appeared Friday on 'Today' after Citrus Heights' Walmart employee Raymond Flores found their handwritten book of rules in a parking lot. He found it inspiring and tracked down its owners. Flores also appeared on the morning TV show.
